Interested in the myriad facets of art, culture and heritage- I hold a Bachelor's in History and Masters's in Heritage Management from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai and Ahmedabad University respectively. I have always been interested in understanding how memory corresponds to remembering, understanding and shaping history, and how it becomes a historical source as well. My Master's thesis was also an attempt to explore the connections of memory and heritage through the paradigms of difficult pasts and museum spaces. I wish to explore more academic approaches to understanding these interactions, the role of memory institutions in the country and contribute to the same.
